Ministry Schedule

1) Sunday morning services: Worship begins at 10 am, followed by coffee social for all as well as dischipleship classes for children.
2) Wednesday Praise & Prayer meeting at 7 pm as well as teen discipleship classes
Wednesday Worship Team practice at 8 pm (all invited to participate)
3) Two weekly Bible studies for ladies are held from September to June, call the church office to details

About the Pastor

Dr. David Lee holds to the Doctrines of Sovereign Grace and is a member of the Vermont Founders Fraternal and the Reformation Society of VT/NH. Pastor Lee holds the Master of Divinity and Master of Christian Education degrees along with his Doctorate in Ministry. He has been nominated by his students and listed twice with "Who's Who Among America's Teachers" (2002 & 2004). Dr. Lee served 7 years in the military before preparing for full time ministry, his preaching ministry actually began when he was 16 years old. He pastored bi-vocationally in South Carolina while working as a professional firefighter, and here in Vermont while working as a teacher and school Administrator before coming to Newbury. His wife Donna is an educator, worship leader, and a native New Englander, she holds a Master of Christian Education degree and has recorded an album of Praise Music. The Lee's have three children, one married and two in college.

About the Church

Newbury Bible Church is a reforming congregation which has a blended style of worship on Sunday mornings beginning at 10 AM. This church has members from both sides of the VT./NH. border. The Newbury congregation has an Elder/Deacon leadership team, and subscribes to the Baptist Faith and Message as their statement of faith. The church is also aligned with the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, the Founder's Ministries, SBC and Nine Marks Ministries.
