Daybreak Church Celebrates 10th Anniversary

The Spirit moved in wonderful ways on October 11, 2009 when Daybreak Community Church of Colchester celebrated their 10th anniversary as a church. Robby Pitt and his family were the special guests for the event and Robby brought the message during the worship service. Pitt co-founded the church ten years ago with current pastor Brent Devenney. Daybreak has been known from their inception as a church that is active in volunteering in the community. They have been deeply involved in such events at the annual city marathon and in the annual Relay for Life cancer fundraising event. Daybreak is currently planting a daughter church in nearby St. Albans. A brunch was provided for the entire congregation after the anniversary celebration service.
