Missionaries Have New Grandchild

Dear friends and family,

God has given our family such a blessing that it makes us tingle. Precious baby Sawyer Carlton Aiken came into all our lives this morning. At 9lbs 1oz, 20 inches long, he is healthy and beautiful. Elliot, Amber and big brother Wes are adjusting as any family does. Amber did very well with the baby’s birth. Dewey and I marvel at the blessing of having six strong, smart, healthy grandchildren. Pray that we will be the encouraging, helpful grandparents that will make a difference in these babies’ lives.

Thank you for your prayers for us as we travel around the state. The schedule is mostly family oriented right now but will soon be full force in traveling and speaking about Vermont missions. We pray as you share Thanksgiving with the ones you love, that you like us will be focused on the Source of it all. We do not deserve any of His blessings. He is so gracious and we are full of gratitude for Who he is. We could not imagine life without Him in charge.
