News from the Streets - Summer 2010

Greetings from the streets of Burlington, Vermont. Our ministry is to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to those who call the streets of Burlington home.

From April 1 to June 30th we have had:

95 personal contacts with individuals to share Christ and talk about Salvation

2 professions of faith

164 bibles given out

304 McDonald's and Quizno $5 gift cards given out

534 bags of groceries to needy families

62 packs of lithium AA batteries

27 books of stamps

We have had a good start to our summer ministry and are looking forward to the rest of the summer. We pray that God opens up the eyes and hearts of those on the street. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our ministry this year and helped us do what we have done so far. Please pray for our team, this is a difficult ministry, but a rewarding one.
