Dr. Wayne Dickard led a team from Northbrook Baptist Church of South Carolina to North Bennington VT in late June. The team led a Vacation Bible School that had over 60 children enrolled, they led services at local nursing homes and they held a tent revival on the lawn of the church. The church building itself has been under major renovations for two years and is not yet able to be used. The congregation worships at a nearby school on Sundays. As a result of all the activities for the week, at least 19 people prayed to receive Jesus. Lee Williams is the pastor in North Bennington.
