On Sunday, December 2nd, 2007, Resurrection Baptist Church participated in their 4th annual Hanging of the Green service. The service consisted of Christmas carols and the hanging of Christmas banners throughout the service. Each family had certain ornaments to hang on the Christmas tree. Each ornament had spiritual symbolism and was hung during the carol that sang about that symbolism. Everyone was overjoyed by the family atmosphere this service created in the hearts of all present.
