Daybreak Community Church of Colchester recently celebrated a baptism service. Pastor Robby Pitt says that “baptisms are truly one of the best experiences you can be a part of in our church family.” On a recent Sunday night close to 60 friends and family members gathered together to be a part of Kristin Quiet and Meghann Dempsey's baptism. After a time of singing and a brief message from Pastor Robby, both women shared how they came to know Christ as the leader of their lives and the forgiver of their sins. They testified why they wanted to follow Jesus' example and be baptized. It was touching to hear how God has been and continues to work in each of their lives. After hearing their stories the group headed to the pool where everyone gathered around to celebrate this significant event in their lives.
