Daybreak Ladies Enjoy Soul Food

Clipboard01.jpg

In April thirteen women enjoyed the delicacies prepared by Susan Schill at Daybreak's first, "Food for the Body, Food for the Soul" event. God has gifted Susan with a passion for cooking. During the fellowship meal, Susan shared her testimony starting with Proverbs 15:15, " All the days of the afflicted are bad, but a cheerful heart has a continual feast," and how God has given her joy in this journey of healthy eating, preparing foods for her family and others to enjoy while losing weight. Other Daybreak ladies shared about exercise is something that refreshes her not only physically, but spiritually as well.

Hearing Daybreak women share their personal jouney's, not only encourages others, but builds a sense of community among women who are in their own journeys of healthy eating, weight loss, exercise and a commitment to grow spiritually.
